Our collection features ready-made eastern dresses and co-ords. We gladly assist with exchanges for sizing/style issues and accept returns only in case of damaged or incorrect items.
For International Customers 🌍 :
Exchanges (Size/Style Issues) :
- Accepted within 14 days of delivery (subject to stock availability).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) and clear product photos are required.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible.
Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items) :
- Returns are only accepted if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos + order details).
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery Charges :
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges.
- For damaged/incorrect items, we will cover the replacement shipping.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
For Customers in Pakistan 🇵🇰 :

- Exchanges: 14 days (International) / 7 days (Pakistan).
- Returns: Only for damaged/incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, alterations, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
- Please use a trackable courier service when returning items.
